This long-expected sequel has just arrived with tons of new things for us to enjoy, and we’re ready to tell you everything about it. The vast number of heroes, the detailed graphics and the deep intriguing story of Seven Knights are back to take you one more time into a world of chaos and wonders. So be ready for the action because Seven Knights 2 is our Game of the Week!
One of the first things we have to say about Seven Knights 2 is how gorgeous it looks. The gameplay flows very nicely between different scenes and it really helps to keep you very interested in the story it tells. As usual, there’s been some drama in a fantasy world; Lene, the daughter of a commander, and her group of friends try to save their homes from the Power of Destruction. On their way, they’ll meet quite a few intriguing characters that complete the story of this adventure almost asit would happen in a good quality blockbuster.
Seven Knights 2 reminds us, in some ways, to Genshin Impact and, to some extent, Final Fantasy while maintaining enough self-character to really stand up as a unique game and not a copy of the others. The gameplay is quite fun, but we have to recognize that the controls are quite simple to use (and having an auto-mode really helps to achieve simplicity). The strategy part arrives with the edition of your group’s lineup and formation. You’ll need to collect heroes and upgrade them to then create the correct army to defeat your enemies and carry on with the story.
The main reason for us to have chosen Seven Knights 2 as our Game of the Week is mainly how the graphics and the voice acting are well designed and executed, but at the end of the day, we realized that the story is really what makes us enjoy this game on the long run.
